Koko and Zach made our move in awesome! They were very knowledgeable and kind. They treated us like family from the first day. Our apartment is more like a townhome. We forget we're living in apartments. The complex is very well kept up. We are 3 minutes, give or take, from the expressway. Even the mailroom feels luxurious. I am glad we decided to make Carmel Vista home!

I just moved in. My apartment is so sunny. The whole neighborhood gives Mr Roger’s neighborhood vibes. The staff was very friendly. Want to give a shoutout to Raveen the leasing specialist and Montoya the assistant property mgr.
